This branch of our practice provides specialist heritage services including planning consultancy, mitigation solutions and project management for a wide range of clients. Our role within a development team is to identify risk and ensure heritage issues are resolved. Our consultancy practice specialises in cultural heritage contributions to multi-disciplinary Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) for infrastructure, mineral extraction and urban regeneration projects.
We also undertake historic site development projects for a growing number of clients who want to understand, develop and enhance their site or property. Our job is to highlight the importance of your cultural heritage assets and show you how they can work for you. We have prepared numerous Conservation Management Plans on castles, cathedrals and country houses, as well as assessments and appraisals of development sites and landscapes across the UK.
